Welcome to Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc., your premier destination for high-end luxury and exotic car customization services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. specializes in the customization of high-end luxury and exotic cars, including but not limited to exterior modifications, interior upgrades, and performance enhancements.
3. Quotations and Payments
• All quotations provided by Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic bank transfer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made prior to the commencement of work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds for services rendered will be provided solely at the discretion of Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. management.
5. Manufacturer's Warranty Disclaimer
By engaging the services of Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. for aftermarket automobile customization, customers consent and understand that modifying an automobile with aftermarket parts can alter or void the manufacturer's warranty. Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. shall not be held liable for any warranty-related issues that may arise due to aftermarket modifications.
Customers acknowledge that the installation of aftermarket parts may impact the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty, including but not limited to:
• Warranty Coverage: Aftermarket modifications may affect the coverage provided by the manufacturer's warranty. Customers are advised to consult their vehicle manufacturer's warranty documentation for details on warranty coverage.
• Warranty Voidance: Certain aftermarket modifications may result in the voidance of specific components or systems covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Customers are responsible for understanding the potential implications of aftermarket modifications on their vehicle's warranty coverage.
Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. recommends that customers consult with their vehicle manufacturer or authorized dealership regarding the impact of aftermarket modifications on the manufacturer's warranty. Customers acknowledge that Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. is not responsible for any warranty-related issues resulting from aftermarket modifications performed by Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. or third-party vendors.
6. Warranty
• If a customer is unhappy with any part of work performed by Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc., they must express in written form either via email or certified mail within 72 hours of receiving possession of the automobile.
• Any modifications made to the vehicle by parties other than Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. may void the warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and desired customization services.
• Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of their vehicle keys and any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the customization process.
8. Liability
• Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle or its components arising from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances during the customization process.
• Customers are advised to inform Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. of any known issues with the vehicle prior to the commencement of work.
9. Intellectual Property
• All designs, logos, and intellectual property created by Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. during the customization process remain the property of Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Parts Ordering and Returns
• Parts ordered and not used, returned in original packaging, are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
• Labor costs associated with the installation of parts are non-refundable.
• Any parts that have been used, modified, or fabricated to fit a specific automobile are non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or disagreement between the customer and Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. arising out of or relating to our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration.
Mediation: Both parties agree to participate in good faith in a mediation process facilitated by a neutral third-party mediator. The mediation shall take place in Los Angeles, CA, or another mutually agreed-upon location. If mediation does not result in a resolution acceptable to both parties, the dispute shall proceed to arbitration.
Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by a qualified arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, CA, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the chosen arbitration service. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate any chargebacks with their credit card issuer or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication and attempted resolution may result in additional fees and legal action to recover the disputed amount. Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover any costs incurred as a result of chargebacks initiated without adherence to this policy.
In the event that a chargeback is initiated by the customer and is won in favor of Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc., the customer will be liable for a fee of $10,000 for legal and administrative fees attached to the chargeback process.
14. Legal Fees
In the event that legal action becomes necessary to enforce these terms and conditions or resolve a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in such proceedings. Any legal fees incurred by Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. in resolving a dispute shall be the responsibility of the losing party.
15. Amendments
Platinum Motorsport / Top Speed Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or other communication channels.

ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ODER AFTER PLACED.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

ORDERS
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed.
As stated once your ordered is processed we cannot do refunds or exchanges as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
